Refund policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return under our standard returns policy, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, with tags, and in its original packaging. For rackets and paddles, the clear grip protection sleeve must remain in place and the item must not show signs of court use. You will also need the receipt or other proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return may not be accepted.

Return postage for change-of-mind returns is the responsibility of the customer.

This returns policy is in addition to, and does not affect, any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer law.


Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can assess the issue and make it right.

Where possible, please provide your order number together with a description of the issue and clear photographs of the product and any outer packaging.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights in relation to goods that are faulty, damaged, or not as described.


Amazon Orders

If your order was placed via Amazon, returns and refunds should usually be requested through Amazon in the first instance, in accordance with Amazon’s own policies and procedures.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including personalised or custom products, gift cards, and any items otherwise marked as non-returnable.

We also do not accept returns of items that have been used, damaged after delivery, or returned in a condition that means they are no longer suitable for resale, except where the item is faulty, damaged on arrival, or not as described.

This does not affect your statutory rights if an item is faulty, damaged, or not as described.


Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


UK and EU 14 day cooling off period

If you are a consumer in the UK or European Union, you generally have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without giving a reason.

To exercise this right, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving the goods. You must then send the goods back to us within 14 days of telling us that you wish to cancel.

You may inspect the goods to the extent reasonably necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning, as you would in a shop. However, if the value of the goods is reduced because they have been handled beyond what is reasonably necessary, we may make a deduction from your refund to reflect that diminished value.

Unless the item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are responsible for the cost of returning the goods.

Where you validly cancel under this cooling-off period, we will refund the price paid for the goods and the basic outbound delivery cost originally paid by you, in accordance with applicable law.


Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be made to your original payment method. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or card provider to process and post the refund.

For returns under our standard 30-day returns policy, we aim to process refunds within 10 business days of approving the return.

Where you cancel under your statutory cooling-off rights, any refund due will be made within 14 days of our receiving the returned goods back, or within 14 days of you providing evidence that the goods have been returned, whichever is earlier.
