Shipping Policy
We aim to process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible.
Orders placed through our Shopify store are fulfilled using trusted third-party fulfilment partners, including Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfilment. This means your order may be packed and shipped by Amazon on our behalf.
Processing times
Orders are usually processed within 1-2 business days, although processing times may be longer during busy periods, promotional periods, bank holidays, or where there are unexpected delays outside our control.
Delivery times
Estimated delivery times will be shown at checkout where available. Any delivery dates or times provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Unless otherwise agreed, orders will be delivered without undue delay and in any event within 30 days of the contract being formed.
Shipping charges
Any delivery charges will be shown clearly at checkout before you place your order.
Delivery address
Please ensure that your delivery address is correct and complete when placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or failed delivery where an incorrect or incomplete address has been provided by you.
Dispatch confirmation and tracking
Where available, we will provide dispatch confirmation and tracking details once your order has been shipped.
Delivery delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, severe weather, customs processes, service disruptions, or other events outside our reasonable control. If there is a significant delay with your order, please contact us at help@vantasport.com and we will do our best to assist.
Risk and ownership
For consumer orders, risk in the goods passes to you when the goods are delivered to the delivery address specified in your order. Ownership of the goods passes to you once we have received payment in full.
Missing, damaged or incorrect items
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us as soon as possible if your item is missing, damaged, faulty, or incorrect. Where possible, please provide your order number together with a description of the issue and clear photographs of the product and any outer packaging.
Amazon-fulfilled orders
Although some Shopify orders may be fulfilled by Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfilment, your purchase is still made from Vanta. Please contact us at help@vantasport.com with any shipping queries relating to your Shopify order.
International shipping
We currently do not offer international shipping.
If international shipping is available, delivery times may vary by destination. Orders shipped outside the UK may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import charges, which are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.
