I ordered this racket to replace my worn out starter bat and I am absolutely over the moon with the purchase. The Vanta Pulse feels like a high end professional racket but comes at a very reasonable price point. On the court, it performs beautifully by offering incredible responsiveness and an excellent touch for defensive lobs. The delivery from Amazon was incredibly efficient and the racket arrived in pristine condition well ahead of my weekend match. If you are an improving player who wants a reliable and durable carbon racket that will last, this is definitely the one to go for. Five stars all around for this brilliant product.
Really pleased with this Padel racket and bag - quality product the bat and the bag is made really well. We are a very sporty family we play tennis, Badminton, paddle and pickleball. Really impressed with the quality would highly recommend really handy to have a nice zip up bag as our other rackets for Padel I haven’t come with a bag handicap compartment zipped inside for your keys and phone. Nice comfy wrist strap too, better than just a piece of rope.
The Vanta Pulse is a padel racket bundle aimed at intermediate or improving players it has been designed in the UK with that demograph in mind.I cannot comment on whether it is acurately assigned, because as yet I am not even a beginner, I have watched padel tennis on multiple occasions and admit to not understanding it yet, but by being intrigued by it.The Racket itself is made from a T700 carbon frame, a firmer 17° EVA core and 3K carbon face, all aimed at more established players, its white frame and black face are appealing to look at.The racket feels good to hold, and it is light too, this should make it nice to play with. It comes with a nicely padded protective case which has a strap and smoothly moving zips.In the package you get:1 x Pulse Padel Racket1 x VANTA Padded Racket Bag1 x Silicone Hexagonal Undergrip1 x Frame Protector1 x Wrist Sweatband as a Free Gift3 x Comfort Overgrips
The VANTA PULSE is a good step up for players who have moved beyond a basic beginner racket and want something that offers more control and feedback without being difficult to use. The round head shape makes it feel predictable and forgiving, which helps when working on placement and consistency rather than simply trying to hit the ball harder. The 3K carbon face is a lot firmer and has a more connected feel compared to entry level fibreglass rackets. Volleys, blocks and controlled shots feel more precise, making it easier to place the ball where you want it. The firmer EVA core complements this well and provides a solid response without becoming uncomfortable during longer sessions. It feels light enough for quick reactions at the net while still having enough stability during rallies. The build quality is very good, with a carbon frame and reinforced construction that should cope well with regular club play. The bundle adds good value as it includes a carry bag, undergrip, replacement overgrips and a frame protector strip, so there is little else needed to get started. I also like that the accessories are included separately, allowing you to fit them how you prefer.Overall, this is a fantastic option for improving and intermediate players looking for a controlled carbon racket that inspires confidence and helps develop more accurate shot making on court.
I’ve used this VANTA PULSE padel racket for practice sessions to improve consistency and control rather than aggressive power play, and it’s been a solid option. It feels comfortable in hand with a manageable weight that doesn’t tire your arm too quickly during longer sessions. The grip feels decent out of the box, and the racket has a clean, smart finish.Positives:• Good balance of control and manoeuvrability for improving technique• Comfortable grip and not overly heavy• Feels well made and has held up well through repeated use• Nice starter/intermediate package with accessories includedNegatives:• Not the most powerful option if you prefer harder attacking shots• Grip may need upgrading depending on personal preferenceOverall, this feels like a well-rounded padel racket for someone building confidence and improving accuracy rather than chasing maximum power.
You can get Padel Rackets in 3K (like this one), 12K, 18K and beyond. The numbers relate to manner in which the carbon is weaved into the face of the racket which in turn relates to how 'hard' the racket is and it's responsiveness, control etc. As the listing says 3K is ideal for improving and intermediate players but also beginners and those that like to control their ball more. It is a good racket all round but some players that like more power may find it a little 'soft'. Having said that, the quality and responsiveness of this racket compared to the ali 'kit' racket I had before, is like night and day. You can instantly tell that this is a quality build from its finish, handling and performance. As a sweetener the package also comes with a lovely zip carry bag, silicone undergrip, replacement overgrips and a clear frame protector strip. Yes, it's quite pricey (£140 at time of review) but all in all a lovely piece of kit.
This is a fairly high end Padel racket with a relatively high end price. It's light, well balanced and easy to use, and includes a bunch of extras like handle wraps and a stick on protector. The carry bag has a double ended zip and carry handle. It's clearly a decent upgrade from a beginners racket, the use of carbon makes it stiffer and lighter than an entry level model. The surfaces are well finished and provide very good ball control, as would be expected given the spec. The price at time of ordering was £150, that's pretty much at the top of the mid range pricing for similar rackets.
The racket feels absolutely brilliant in the hand, but I really dislike the branding and those little feature icons printed down the side. It looks a bit naff and cluttered in person, though as you can see in the photos it is just cosmetic and doesn't change how the racket actually behaves when you are playing. If you can look past the graphics, this is a seriously good step up option for intermediate players who want more precision.Moving away from a soft beginner's fibreglass racket to this 3K carbon fibre face makes an immediate difference in control. Hits feel much crisper and more connected. You get a clear, distinct feel for the ball on volleys, blocks, and delicate resets where placement matters far more than just smashing it with raw power. The design transition to a more precise racket feel manageable rather than frustrating. At around 355g, it feels lightweight and nimble during fast exchanges at the net, but it is still stable enough to hold its own during long, controlled rallies. The bundle itself includes everything you need to get going: a padded zip carry bag, a silicone undergrip, three replacement overgrips, and a clear frame protector strip to guard against court-wall scrapes. The catch is that none of these pieces are pre-installed. You have to wrap the handle yourself and apply the edge guard before you hit the court. It is a bit of a chore to get it sitting neatly, but if you want a high-control carbon racket that gives excellent feedback for regular club use, it is a great package.
At the time of ordering this Vanta Pulse padel bat from Amazon I believe it was £150 placing it in the middle of Vanta's range of rackets - this Pulse sitting above the Flux and below the Surge alternatives from Vanta. This one is targeted at intermediate and improving players. It's harder (and less forgiving) than the Flux but lacking the top power of the Surge. We tried this here and agree this is suitable as a mid-range racket. especially suitable if you like control and spin - the honeycomb pattern on the racket head is very good and gives you lots of control even at pace. The orange, white and black colour scheme is good but it's not as eye-catching as the Pulse, which was only £20 more expensive.I liked playing with this for slower, casual games but wanting the Surge for faster, competitive games. If you mainly play at a slower pace then this might suit you nicely. To me £150 puts this at higher tier pricing rather than for a mid-range bat. However, you get British engineering behind you and a warranty and a full set of accessories including a really nice carry bag (with shoulder strap and zip pocket inside), a set of replacement grips, a grip sleeve for max grip a protection tape strip for the racket head edge and also a sweatband (bright orange). That's an impressive range of stuff and they are nice quality items, especially the bag.In terms of the pricing I'm a little torn as it's. A nice racket but £150 outs it up again some really good ones. The nicest I've tried so far is the PDX Furia which gives you Surge level of tech but at a cheaper price and so makes this look a little pricey in comparison. As mentioned though if you're really into control and spin it's worthy of consideration for sure.Overall 4 stars from me.
The racket frame and surfaces are carbon fibre. The extra stiffness gives a high pitched pop giving me confidence I am not losing power. The sweet spot is still large. The racket surface is clearly carbon fibre giving this racket a premium look. The hexagon embossing will improve ball grip and increases spin when I need it.The grip is comfortable, good size for my size 9 hand, and has a slight sticky feel to give a secure grip. The grip leash is padded and very comfortable.Top quality carbon fibre racket. The set includes:A great racket. Best racket I've tried tried out.A durable bag with shoulder strap and inside pocket.A wrist sweat band.A silicone rubber undergrip (I haven't tried this).3 spare overgrips, andA protective strip to keep your new racket looking sharp. It's a lot of money, but this is something to enjoy playing with and owning, as it also looks great.
